Introduction: This agreement sets forth the terms and conditions under which you may use the Rent2Haul LLC website (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. If you do not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions, you may not access or use the Site.
Services Offered: The Site presents trailers available for rent from Rent2Haul LLC. Reservations, payments, deposits, and rental agreements are handled through our booking partner, Patriot Hauls, and are subject to the terms presented at the time of booking.
Deposits: A deposit may be required to reserve a trailer. Any deposit terms, including how and when a deposit is returned, are presented during the Patriot Hauls booking process.
Damage: You are responsible for any damage to the trailer during the rental period, as described in the rental agreement provided at booking.
Tolls, Citations & Related Fees: You are responsible for and will be billed for all tolls incurred while the trailer is in your possession, including any toll-by-plate, video-toll, and administrative or processing fees assessed by a tolling authority, as well as any parking tickets, traffic citations, or fines arising during the rental period. Toll and citation charges may be passed through, along with any associated administrative fee, after they are received.
Availability: Trailers are available on a first-come, first-served basis and subject to availability. The Site does not guarantee the availability of any specific trailer.
Termination: The Site reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate or suspend your use of the Site at any time, with or without notice and without liability to you.
Limitation of Liability: The Site shall not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from your use of the Site, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
Modification of Terms: Rent2Haul LLC may modify these terms and conditions at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified agreement.
Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama.
Entire Agreement: This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Rent2Haul LLC regarding the use of the Site and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
Links to External Sites: This site may contain links to other websites owned and operated by third parties, including our booking partner Patriot Hauls ("External Sites"). You acknowledge that Rent2Haul LLC is not responsible for the availability of, or the content located on or through, any External Site.
By accessing or using the Rent2Haul LLC website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.
